* Exterior and Add-ons show nearby perimeter exterior features such as basic shrubbery, driveway, walkway, deck, patio, and terrace of the Main Level floor plan. Add-ons include features that are within approximately 5 to 10 feet proximity from structure. For more extensive exterior plans refer to “Site Plan” Add-On pricing.
- Site Plan is provided on a separate sheet and shows the entire parcel from above to include the location of the buildings, the tree line, and other notable items on the lot. Sample Unavailable at this time.
- Pricing shown is per unit. We require a written agreement with a quote for service provided. Total area includes all interior spaces shown on the floor plans, including garages and unfinished rooms. Travel and service fees may apply for properties located outside our standard service area. For more than 4000 square feet and commercial properties, a quote is required.
** Disclaimer - In order to keep the floor plans easily interpreted, all measurements provided in our floor plans are approximate, rounded up or down to the nearest half foot measurement utilizing the decimal system rather than inches. Typically, this allows about a 1-inch, possibly, up to a 3-inch difference in depicted measurements verses actual measurements. Understanding these measurements are approximate; in order to remain easily interpreted (For Illustration Purposes Only), no information on these floor plans should be relied upon without independent verification. While most home’s rooms are relatively square; our measurements do not guarantee that offsets do not exist. Typically, this applies mostly to older homes that have had several renovations and add-ons.
